I led design and research for a small digital health innovation thinktank within a very large multinational organization.
In my role as researcher and designer, I:
- worked remotely with a Singapore-based team to examine patient challenges in communities around the world.
- developed user journeys to communicate user challenges and opportunities.
- reviewed literature on emerging markets and technology and generated reports that explored their intersection.
- led multi-disciplinary ideation sessions and created storyboards and wireframes to communicate ideas.
- explored cross-industrial partnerships with ecosystem developers to build digital health solutions.
- honed prototypes and proofs of concept for testing and development.
- presented digital health solutions at industry conferences.
- designed internal workshops to evangelize human-centered design and advocate for the patient experience.
Our thinktank built the blueprints and cross-industrial relationships necessary to bring digital health concepts to fruition. Our work addressed needs in independent senior living, patient access, and vaccine affordability.
