I’m Bree Westphal, and I bring top-flight UX, graphic design, and illustration to purpose-driven organizations.
I’m a Boston-based multidisciplinary designer and illustrator with 13 years of experience. I’ve worked with some of the world’s best institutions of learning, health, and media, including MIT, Columbia University, Merck, and Disney.
My work in games research has been showcased at international conferences and was recognized as IndieCade Finalist in 2012. It has also been covered in major industry publications such as Gamasutra and Game Developer Magazine.
In commercial games, my work has received the Singapore Mark Award and the Straits Times’ DL Award for Best Made-in-Singapore Games.
At Curriculum Associates, I design i-Ready® Reading, an award-winning digital product that serves 12 million students and teachers across the United States. Our work has received industry honors including Tech & Learning’s Best Remote and Blended Learning Tool, and the EdTech Breakthrough Awards’ Best Student Personalization Solution.
I graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design and co-lead the alumni club of Boston. In my spare time, I make art, experiment with recipes, and spend time with my family.
